Daniel de Vue sits amongst a group of the most distinctive and admired Colorists in the world. He has been recognized for his craft by many prominent global award shows, notably the Cannes Lions, AICP Post Awards & Filmlight Awards.

Daniel has always had a passion for the arts and photography. He started his career in his native Denmark, working alongside a collective of renowned Scandinavian filmmakers that included Lars Von Trier, Andreas Nilsson and Martin Werner, amongst others.

Frequent collaborators include influential directors Lance Acord, Daniel Wolfe, Jonas Lindstroem and Georgia Hudson, and cinematographers Paul Meyers, Xiaolong “X” Liu, and Todd Martin, amongst others. Some of his most recent work includes the W+K Nike “Wining Isn’t Comfortable” campaign directed by Megaforce, the Superbowl favorite VW “A Love Story”, directed by Lance Acord, Starbuck’s “Hello Again” directed by Nico Mendez, and the Apple Watch film “Rick’s Rescue” directed by Michael Spiccia.

Feature credits include the forthcoming critically acclaimed film “Omaha” directed by Cole Webly, the renowned documentary “Val” directed by Leo Scott and Ting Poo, and the Travis Scott film “Look Mom I Can Fly”.
