Creative Partner Ricky Gausis is widely recognized as one of the world’s most influential colorists. Known for his rich, cinematic and stylized aesthetic, Ricky has graded some of the most iconic moving imagery across longform and advertising over the past decade.
He has received multiple award recognitions both domestically and internationally which recently included color grading gold at the Ciclope Awards 2024 and gold at the British Arrows 2025 for his work on Apple ‘Flock’ directed by Ivan Zachariáš.
Upcoming movies that Ricky has graded are Isaiah Saxon’s ‘The Legend of Ochi’, Gabriel Mascaro’s ‘The Blue Trail’ which won the Silver Bear Grand Jury Prize at Berlinale and Rupert Wyatt’s epic ‘Desert Warrior’. In 2025 he is lined up to work on Apple TVs ‘Lucky’ starring Anya Taylor-Joy and ‘Margo’s Got Money Trouble’ with Elle Fanning, Nicole Kidman and Michelle Pfeiffer which will be co-produced by Apple TV and a24.
He has worked on projects from Kim Gehrig, Hiro Murai, Guillermo Garza, Christian Sprenger, Tom Kuntz, Kathryn Bigelow, Greig Fraser, Donald Glover, Nadia Lee Cohen, Chivo, Hoyte van Hoytema, James Laxton, Taika Waititi and Seth Rogan among others.
