Hospitality / Reception Associate
Job Description
We are currently looking for a Studio Hospitality / Reception Associate to join our team.
The pay range for this non-exempt position is: $20.00-$22.00 / hour.
Responsibilities
• Interact directly with Clients & Studio Team to provide a high level of hospitality service.
• The Hospitality needs include, but are not limited to:
- Meal Ordering / Serving / Bussing / Expense Reconciliation
- Coffee / Tea / Snacks / Treats Serving
- Inventory Restocking
- Dish Washing
- General Cleaning
- Other
• Point of contact support for all incoming Hospitality / Operational requests to evaluate, prioritize & seek resolution.
• Facilitate dept. workflows needs by submitting tickets, planning internal meetings, etc.
• Help answer all incoming calls to the front reception & redirect accordingly.
• Sign in / Sign out visitors to comply with security guidelines.
• Client / Employee vehicle parking coordination.
• Purchase items for Facilities / Operations as directed.
• Support Client Services & help coordinate planning for client arrival preparations.
Qualifications
• Hospitality experience in Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Hotels, Events Planning a plus.
• Outgoing personality, proactive, solution orientated & culturally driven.
• Measured in time-sensitive situations.
• Excellent planning, organizational, documentation and time management skills.
• Superior inter-personal communication skills.
• Eagerness to develop a career in the Advertising / Hospitality industry.
