Flame Artist

We're looking for a Flame artist who loves the craft, runs a calm room, and can carry a job from conform to final delivery.

Lead online finishing, beauty, cleanup, screen comps, and compositing on commercial and branded work.
Run client-attended on-site sessions with agency creatives, directors, and brand teams.
Collaborate closely with our VFX artists, colorists, and producers..
Conform and own delivery.

5+ years of Flame experience in a commercial or high-end post environment.
A reel that shows strong beauty work, invisible cleanup, and clean integration across live-action and vfx.
Deep fluency in Flame (Action, batch, tracking, procedural workflows).
A great eye for color, light, and detail.
Calm, collaborative presence in client sessions.
Bonus: working knowledge of Nuke, Resolve, set supervision, and existing LA agency/director relationships.
